At Babytrails Photography, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate your request and offer you alternative dates. For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot, a rescheduling fee may apply. We do our best to be flexible and work with your needs, but please note that repeated rescheduling may impact availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or extreme weather, we will work with you to find a suitable time to reshoot at no additional charge. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to capturing your special moments!

We do our best to accommodate, but a cancellation fee may apply if canceled within 48 hours of the session date. However, if there’s an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can discuss options.

No. We do finalise all the themes/setups, outfits for the particular theme for the baby during the pre consultation call. We will keep everything ready when the baby arrives for the shoot. We like to avoid any last minute surprises either from our side or the client side so that baby’s time is utilised well. If the baby doesn't cooperate in any of the chosen prop, BabyTrails Team will choose an alternate as per the situation during the shoot.

We prefer keeping the setups ready so that the babys happy time is utilised well. Also we do not want to make you wait while we are held up in other shoots or travelling outdoors so it is better to book an appointment in advance to help us help you with your queries and on time.

We have two studio spaces and each has a cozy room for the parents to nurse the baby and get ready for the shoot.

Yes. We strive to craft unique memories for our little clients. Also, it depends on the time available for the shoot. If you wish to have some theme or prop that we do not have, based on your budget we can arrange provided there is time and availability. During the pre consultation we will let you know the feasibility of the same.

As photographers, we will want to capture and make more precious images of your lil ones. You can buy extra pictures with the editing prerences for additional charges.

Our studio at Nanjappa Nagar, singanallur has a lawn space and greenery to do the outdoor themes/setups. If you are specific on a different outdoor space please mention the same during the pre consultation so the location options can be discussed. Based on your convenience and package chosen we can finalise.

We are blessed with patience as we understand every baby is different and unique. Given that, we suggest how to prepare the babies during pre consultation which we request the parents to follow for a beautiful shoot experience. In spite of that if the baby has some growth spurts, teething and is cranky we swing along the pace of the baby. Also, it is essential to accept how the baby is during the shoot so it will remain a beautiful memory. According to us, comfort of the baby is priority so as the situation demands we keep the shoot going and request the parents to cooperate.

Also, cherish those little frowns and cheeky expressions as they will grow up in no time. Every expression will be a treasure for the parents. As photographers, we will guide aesthetic and natural poses for the mom, dad and baby. If you have any specific pose in mind then kindly communicate the same during the pre consultation so that it is not missed and the expectations are met.

We deliver in web resolution with Babytrails Logo for web and social media sharing. High resolution without logo for printing and framing purposes.

You can choose the portraits immediately after the shoot or you can fix an appointment with the team and choose the final pictures you would wish to have. Office timing will be, 9.30 AM - 4.00 PM (Monday-Saturday). A pdf with Proof watrmark will be shared and you can send us the list of numbers you wish to choose.

We know you would be excited to see the little ones photo in our social media handles. Once the pictures are delivered to you, the marketing team will select and publish the photos randomly. If you wish us in posting we are a message away to gently remind the team to schedule your gallery!

Paying an advance confirms the slot of the shoot. Once the shoot is over you can pay the rest of the amount and send us a screenshot which will help us to proceed with editing.

Sorry, it is not possible to split the shoot. All the packages mentioned are one session and cannot be split.
